Commisioner 24-10 arrived on scene to establish command and report wire down and a fire inbetween two parked cars. Engine 241 and 243 responded. The road was shut down and the power company was contacted. Upon inspection of the fire, it appeared that the power line stuck a leaky gas line causing 3-4 foot flames. The gas company was contacted and residents in the immediate area where evacuated to a safe location. The power company and gas company arrived and shut off the power and gas. The engine crew extinguished the fire and the crews began to fix the problem.
